Ordinary property clearance is not suitable for hazardous or unidentified materials. Tell us immediately if the property may contain:

These materials require an authorised specialist and must not be concealed inside boxes or bags.
Clearance after renovation
Light renovation can produce packaging, dismantled furniture, offcuts and small quantities of sorted debris. These requests must be described accurately because rubble is much heavier than ordinary household contents and may exceed the vehicle’s safe payload long before the available space is full. Photos should show the material type, quantity and container size. Mixed or regulated construction waste may need to be handled by a dedicated waste contractor.
